After graduating from Bethel Park High School in 2002, Aaron went on to Grove City College and received a degree in Music Performance with his emphasis being on piano. Shortly after college he worked for a local contractor building custom homes for a while until he felt the call to work overseas in Haiti. After spending a year there working with a Christian relief organization he returned to Bethel Park to take some engineering courses with hopes of returning to Haiti to help more effectively. Throughout the past few years Aaron had served as an adult volunteer with the youth group, but began to feel like this may be a more permanent calling on his life. In October of 2009 he officially took over as youth director and has loved every second of it!

Micah is from the small town of Bruce, South Dakota. After graduating form high school in 2000 he went on to AFLBS (Association Free Lutheran Bible School) for two years. Upon completion of that program he continued his education by pursuing a degree in Science Education from North Dakota State University. Following this, he also went on to receive a degree in Physical Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006. It was while he was pursuing this last degree that the Lord began tugging on his heart to go into ministry full time, so he decided to begin taking classes at the Association Free Lutheran Seminary. He has currently completed the necessary coursework for becoming an ordained pastor and is now serving as a pastoral intern here at Ruthfred. We love Micah and are so glad to have him here!
